(ALH Live!) -- Yesterday I had the distinct pleasure of sitting face to face with Resa McCane, the Executive Director of H.O.P.E.S. Foundation, the wonderful legacy left to her by her late husband, Anthony Troy McCane. One can never know when inspiration will come, and it is even more rare to be able to accurately guage its impact.
Yesterday was just such a day for yours truly.
I never had the opportunity or privilege to meet Mr. Tony McCane but yesterday, in speaking with wife, I did feel at least I had the opportunity to shake his hand. That is how much Mrs. McCane is consumed with the vision that her husband left her. Even more intriguing is that even though she leaves and breathes the legacy that is the H.O.P.E.S. Foundation, Mrs. McCane is not bitter or sad nor does one get the slightest sense that she believes herself to be a victim. Quite to the contrary, with every word she shared there was a distinct crescendoing of triumph and excitement of things to come. Watch the two-part interview series above and see for yourself.
